Register at FUNDPLAYGO.com and select "Competitor." Complete your profile with your sport, location, team photo, and a compelling story. A fully completed profile earns you Hype points and makes you more attractive to donors and sponsors.

Join a Tournament

Browse active tournaments filtered by sport, region, or division. Apply to enter. The commissioner reviews and approves competitors before the bracket is set. You can also be invited directly by a commissioner.

Understand the Format

Tournaments run in rounds. Each round pairs you against one opponent in a timed match — typically 1 to 2 weeks. The competitor who raises the most donations in that window advances. Lose and you are eliminated, but your raised funds still go to your cause.

Campaign Fundraising

Share your competitor page link across all your channels — text, email, social media. Your page shows your photo, story, match stats, hype score, and a donate button. Donors do not need an account to contribute.

Track Your Progress

Log in to your dashboard to see real-time donation counts, your current match score vs. your opponent, your hype score, and notifications from the Hype Engine when key moments happen.

Rivalries

Challenge any other competitor to a direct 1-on-1 rivalry outside of the tournament bracket. Set the duration and stakes. Rivalries have separate fundraising totals and do not affect your tournament standing.

Donate Instantly

Find any competitor page and click Donate. No account required — just your name, email, and payment. You will receive a donation receipt and your contribution counts immediately toward the live match score.

Register as a Fan

Fans get more. Create a free fan account to favorite competitors, comment on their pages, share to social media, and earn your own Fan Hype Score. Your loyalty builds your leaderboard ranking over the season.

Follow the Competition

The homepage always shows the current Main Event — the top live match in the active tournament. The Ticker broadcasts real-time moments: slam dunks, heat waves, buzzer beaters, and more.

Earn Your Hype Score

Every donation earns 3 Hype points. Favoriting a competitor earns 2. Sharing earns 5. A donation streak (consecutive days) earns bonus points. Your cumulative score places you on the Fans leaderboard.

Sponsor a Rival

Fans can purchase rivalry ad slots to amplify their favorite competitor's campaign. Rivalry sponsorships are priced separately from tournament ads and appear on the rivalry match page.

Register at FUNDPLAYGO.com and select "Sponsor." Complete your company profile with your logo, website, and contact information. Sponsors are reviewed before being approved to purchase placements.

Browse Inventory

Tournament, match, and rivalry ad slots are available at Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers. Pricing is dynamic — slots tied to high-hype matches cost more and perform better. Browse the Sponsor Marketplace for available inventory.

Activate a Campaign

Select your placement, choose your duration, and upload your 300×150px ad creative (PNG or JPG). Your ad appears in the ad banner below the featured scoreboard on the relevant page. Three slots rotate across twelve active ads per day.

Track Performance

Your sponsor dashboard shows impressions, click-throughs, and the hype score of the matches your brand is associated with. High-hype matches drive higher engagement for sponsor ads.

Prizes and Incentives

Sponsors can contribute in-kind prizes or cash bonuses to the Prizes Unlocked pool, shown on the tournament scoreboard. Prize contributions earn Sponsor Hype points and increase your brand visibility with every scoreboard view.
